Terms of Service
By purchasing a SERP Reality Check, you agree to what's written here. I've kept this as plain as possible — no legalese filler, just the actual terms.
1. What you're buying
KeywordFish is a one-person diagnostic service. You buy a SERP Reality Check— a manual review of your site's GSC data and search results, done by me (Zach), not a tool.
It runs in two stages:
- Stage 1 — 24h Summary: Within 24 hours of your order, I look at your GSC and the actual SERPs for your target queries. I send you a short email with the core diagnosis and whether there's a realistic path worth pursuing. If there isn't, I refund you here, no questions.
- Stage 2 — Full PDF report: If you confirm the summary and want the full thing, I write a 4–6 page PDF covering GSC analysis, SERP reachability, page intent, and a concrete next step you can actually act on.
2. What I need from you
To do this properly, you need to send me: your site URL, a working email address, and GSC data — either screenshots or a CSV export from the past 28 days or 3 months.
By submitting, you confirm:
- You own or have permission to submit data for the site.
- Everything you send me is accurate.
- The site isn't gambling, adult content, spam, or anything in a legal grey area. If it is, I'll refund you and won't proceed.
3. Price & payment
It's $149 one-time, as shown on the site. No upsells, no subscription. Payment goes through Stripe — I never see your card number, and there are no hidden fees.
4. Refunds
If I can't find a viable path at the summary stage, I refund you — that's the whole premise. Once you confirm the summary and I start writing the full report, or once it's delivered, there are no refunds. Full details in the Refund Policy.
5. How you can use the report
The report is for you and the specific site you submitted. You can share it internally, act on it, reference it. What you can't do is resell it, repackage it, or pass it off as your own analysis to clients.
6. What I'm not promising
This is a diagnosis, not a guarantee. I'll tell you what I see in your data and what I think is worth testing. I can't guarantee rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue — and I won't pretend otherwise.
Search is dynamic. Google's algorithm changes, competition changes, and whether your pages actually rank depends on execution that's out of my hands. The diagnosis is based on what the data shows today. I'm not liable for outcomes downstream of that.
7. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms occasionally. If something material changes, I'll note it here with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
