I wrote these myself. They're meant to be readable, not to bury things in legalese. The short version: I do the work manually, I don't touch your Google account, and I refund you if the data doesn't give me enough to work with.
Terms of Service
What you're agreeing to when you pay. Covers what I deliver, in what order, and what I won't be responsible for.
Privacy Policy
I don't ask for OAuth. You upload a CSV or a screenshot. I use it to do the analysis, then delete it. That's basically it.
Refund Policy
If I look at your GSC and SERP data and can't find a realistic path worth testing, I refund you at the summary stage. No questions asked.
Three things I take seriously
You upload a file. I read it. I never connect to your Google account directly, and I never will.
After I deliver the report, your GSC uploads are gone within 30 days. Sooner if you ask.
I don't see your card number. Stripe processes it, and that's between you and them.
