Refund Policy
The refund question comes up a lot, so I want to be specific about exactly how this works — not in vague "satisfaction guaranteed" language, but in concrete terms you can count on.
The actual guarantee
If I look at your GSC data and the real SERPs and genuinely can't find a path worth testing — whether it's because the competition is too stacked, your data is too thin, or the site just isn't in a diagnosable state yet — I will tell you that in the 24h summary email and refund you in full. No back-and-forth required.
1. How it actually works, step by step
- You pay $149 and submit your site info and GSC data.
- Within 24 hours, I send a summary email. It tells you what I found, and whether there's a realistic narrow path worth pursuing.
- If there's no path:I say so in the email and refund you. Done. You don't need to ask for it.
- If there is a path: I describe the direction in the summary. You reply to confirm, and I write the full PDF report — 4–6 pages covering the full diagnosis and your specific next step.
2. Where the line is
You get refunded if…
- The SERPs are genuinely too competitive for your site at this stage, and I can't find a narrower angle that's realistic.
- Your GSC data is too sparse or broken for me to draw meaningful conclusions.
- Your site isn't actually live, or has been up fewer than 7 days with no impression data.
- The site falls into a category I don't serve (spam, adult, grey-area aggregators).
No refund once…
- You've confirmed the summary and I've started writing the full report.
- The PDF has been delivered.
- You disagree with the diagnosis but the findings are backed by actual GSC data and SERP evidence — I'll show you exactly what I looked at.
- You didn't act on the recommendations, or acted on them and didn't see traffic move yet (SEO takes time; I'm diagnosing, not controlling Google).
- You changed the site's direction or dropped the project after getting the report.
3. How fast does the refund hit?
I process refunds through Stripe immediately when they're due. From there it's 5–10 business days depending on your bank. It goes back to whatever card you paid with.
Refund question? Just email me.support@keywordfish.online — I reply to all of these myself.
